As NetworkSpace, we exist to provide flexible and professional office space at a fraction of the price because we believe in the shared success of South African businesses.
Our CEO, Craig Bosman, has strategically established and grown a Commercial Leasing and Sales Real Estate Agency over the years which allows us to provide exceptional value with affordable rates and client satisfaction through service excellence.
Since the opening of our first branch in 2012, we’ve honed in on what small businesses look for in a place where they love to work – serviced office space without the costs associated with unnecessary amenities.
That’s what we’re about – more of what your business needs and less of what it doesn’t.
The team behind NetworkSpace’s growth and success.

A two month rental deposit is required on signature of lease.
Boardroom and meeting room bookings are set at one and half hours per booking.
Each work station includes a desk, a chair, drawers. One to two cupboards are provided in each office depending on the number of work stations in that office. White boards/pin boards are put up on request.
If you need an office in an upmarket business park, with a reception, a boardroom, a management office and a staff office, internet, switchboard, a receptionist and cleaner and close to restaurants and transport; if you are a start-up company/venture or an experimental satellite branch; then serviced office space will be your answer as the setup costs and long term commitments associated with conventional office space will be more costly and onerous.
We ask for three full calendar month’s notice in order to terminate your contract; this is in order for us to have sufficient time to re-let the space.
You have 24 hour access to your office.
